Arbor Lake Homeowners Association now has an ACTIVE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE.  

All Construction Plans must first be approved by the Architectural Review Committee before construction.  The Covenants include the main House, Buildings, swimming pools, fences, walls, tree houses, exterior lighting, landscaping, and other items as described in the Covenants.  The steps for approval are as follows:

1. Bring or Mail Plans to DMG Real Estate Services 2429 Westport Dr. - Norman, OK  73069 Phone: 405-364-4114  FAX:  405-360-7106. A mail drop is available 24 hours a day.
2. DMG will Contact Review Committee which consists of 6 members. 
3. 2 members will approve plans or conditionally approve plans if changes are needed.
4. Plans will be approved, conditionally approved or declined within 5 business days.
5. Builder or Owner will then be contacted by phone by DMG management and plans will be turned back over to them with a signed approval form.
6. Legal action will be taken to enforce this covenant requirement if needed.
