Annual Dues Late Notices are going out to everyone who has not paid their dues
Traffic Calming Study Results At the request of the HOA the city recently conducted a study to see if we qualified the neighborhood traffic calming program. Although we do have a speeding problem, we did not qualify. If you would like to see the entire results of the study, you can contact any board member. The speed limit is 25mph. Lets control our speeding ! Security We continue to have random issues. Be sure to lock your doors, Don't leave valuables in your car parked outside and be aware! Arbor Lake is....Small elegant single family neighborhood located West of IH35 in Norman Oklahoma. When its completed there will be 180 homes. Arbor Lake has an active home owners association.
