Covenants & Architectural Review

Arbor Lake's covenants, plats and bylaws set the standards for homes, yards, fences and exterior changes.

Before you start: Submit exterior projects, such as roofs, fences, additions, paint and major landscaping, for architectural review through the DMG Resident Portal before work begins.

Enforcement: When a property needs repairs or yard maintenance, the HOA sends an enforcement letter. Under the bylaws, after 10 days' notice the HOA may take care of yard issues, and the cost plus service fees are added to that homeowner's dues. If you've already scheduled the work, let us know and we'll work with your timeline.

Short-term rentals: Short-term rentals are not permitted in Arbor Lake.
